This section comprises of the various type of military technology used in the 21st century, and how changing technology continuously changes the development of further technology and subsequently making obsolete previous breakthroughs in military technology. We will explore such topics as the effectiveness of fortified lines such as the Maginot Line, and why the iconic bunker of World War 2 which slowed the advances of millions of troops is an increasingly obsolete invention in the 21st century and beyond.
